MwSt-Umstellung zum 01.07.2020

 

Durch den Koalitionsausschuss ist eine unterjährige Senkung der Mehrwertsteuer ab dem 01. Juli bis zum 31. Dezember 2020 beschlossen.

Damit möchte man die Wirtschaft ankurbeln und stärken, allerdings erfordern diese Änderungen Anpassungen in nahezu allen Systemen (Webshops, Sage 100 ERP, etc.).

In Normalfall benötigen hier größere Unternehmen einige Monate für die Planung und Umsetzung. Das stellt nun viele Händler, ERP Anbieter und E-Commerce Agenturen vor einigen Herausforderungen.

Gerade beim Einsatz der integrierten SAGE 100 Buchhaltung und Shopsystemen sind die Abhängigkeiten zu komplex und nicht alle Bereiche sind sofort klar die hier zu ändern sind.

Daher ist unsere Empfehlung die Umstellung in der Sage 100 durch einen zertifizierten Sage Businesspartner und auf der Shop-Seite durch eine Agentur zu beauftragen.

Wenn möglich sollte man eine Lösung wählen die keinen vollständigen Produktupload aus dem OmniSeller erfordert, sondern auf beiden Systemen die Konfigurationen und Daten korrigiert werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, das bei Änderungen der Steuereinstellungen (abh. vom Shopsystem) ebenso die Konfiguration im OmniSeller geändert werden muss,

da sonst bei einem erneutem Produktupload (auch beim Update) die „alten“ Steuercodes verwendet werden (unter „System / Zuordnungen / Steuercodes“).
